Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les organismes de r\u00e9glementation de la pharmacie des provinces et des territoires ont accord\u00e9 la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes de d\u00e9claration obligatoire. Ces programmes am\u00e9liorent la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyser les incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e9vit\u00e9s de justesse et d\u2019en tirer des le\u00e7ons, de sorte que les professionnels de la pharmacie puissent continuellement am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leur pratique afin de pr\u00e9venir et d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les risques pour les patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 harmoniser les politiques et les proc\u00e9dures relatives \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux au Canada, l\u2019Association nationale des organismes de r\u00e9glementation de la pharmacie (ANORP) inclut dans son plan strat\u00e9gique actuel l\u2019objectif suivant : \u00ab cr\u00e9er de nouvelles normes pour le signalement, l\u2019analyse et les le\u00e7ons tir\u00e9es des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ANORP a re\u00e7u l\u2019aval du Conseil en mai 2021 et se r\u00e9jouit de voir ce projet passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de la publication. L\u2019objectif global est que les professionnels de la pharmacie utilisent l\u2019information recueillie au moyen de la d\u00e9claration des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux non pas pour des raisons punitives, mais plut\u00f4t pour apporter des am\u00e9liorations au syst\u00e8me et \u00e0 la pratique qui contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 dans les pharmacies, tel que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients demeure la principale pr\u00e9occupation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le document final intitul\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Model Standards of Practice for Continuous Quality Improvement and Medication Incident Reporting by Pharmacy Professionals<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb (mod\u00e8le de normes de pratique relatives \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux par les professionnels de la pharmacie) sera publi\u00e9 au troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La d\u00e9claration des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux est depuis longtemps recommand\u00e9e dans la pratique de la pharmacie au Canada pour prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des patients.
