Comme pour les autres documents de l\u2019ANORP, ces normes de pratique suppl\u00e9mentaires sont un mod\u00e8le mis \u00e0 la disposition des organismes de r\u00e9glementation de la pharmacie dans chaque province ou territoire; ils peuvent les adopter ou adapter comme ils l\u2019entendent en fonction de leurs besoins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9claration des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux est depuis longtemps recommand\u00e9e dans l\u2019exercice de la pharmacie au Canada pour prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des patients. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les organismes de r\u00e9glementation de la pharmacie des provinces et des territoires ont accord\u00e9 la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes de d\u00e9claration obligatoire. Ces programmes am\u00e9liorent la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyser les incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e9vit\u00e9s de justesse et d\u2019en tirer des le\u00e7ons, de sorte que les professionnels de la pharmacie puissent continuellement am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leur exercice afin de pr\u00e9venir et d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les risques pour les patients. Ces mod\u00e8les de normes nationales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 dans le but de faciliter et d\u2019harmoniser l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 et la d\u00e9claration des incidents m\u00e9dicamenteux partout au Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"449\" height=\"172\" src=\"https:\/\/www.napra.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CallOutBox_FR_450px.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-811\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.napra.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CallOutBox_FR_450px.png 449w, https:\/\/www.napra.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CallOutBox_FR_450px-300x115.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois ces normes mises en \u0153uvre par l\u2019organisme de r\u00e9glementation dans une province ou un territoire donn\u00e9, les professionnels de la pharmacie de cette juridiction seront tenus d\u2019y adh\u00e9rer lorsqu\u2019ils \u00e9laboreront des processus d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 pour leur pharmacie et en cas d\u2019incident m\u00e9dicamenteux ou d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9vit\u00e9 de justesse. Le but ultime est de promouvoir la mise en \u0153uvre de processus d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue de la qualit\u00e9 contribuant \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients et rehaussant le niveau de
