The National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA) is presently recruiting a Pharmacy Practice Specialist. This role will provide expertise in pharmacy practice that can be applied to NAPRA’s ongoing professional and regulatory activities, including leading key NAPRA projects on issues affecting the regulation of pharmacy practice and supporting NAPRA’s work related to professional practice or regulatory issues.
The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with a minimum of five years’ experience practising pharmacy in a hospital or health facility setting, ideally with sterile compounding experience, and adept at working on large projects, including managing tasks and timelines, facilitating meetings, building relationships with stakeholders and working with diverse groups with various viewpoints to build consensus. This person would also have experience applying their excellent research, problem-solving, judgment and analytical skills to policy research and development.
